During peak wedding season, turnaround can take up to 20 weeks from the date your flowers arrive.
Please ignore automated dispatch dates — floral preservation is a multi-stage handmade process.

The Preservation Process
Your flowers are professionally dried before being preserved in crystal-clear resin.
Because flowers are natural and organic, they will not look identical to when fresh:
•Whites soften to ivory or cream
•Some colours deepen, others lighten
•Shapes may gently change
•Natural markings may remain visible
This is not a flaw — it is part of preserving real flowers and their story.
After drying, I carefully select the best blooms to create a balanced design that reflects your bouquet. If you would prefer a more minimal arrangement rather than a full look, please let me know before creation begins.

Flower Condition & Suitability
I cannot be responsible for the condition of flowers upon arrival.
If flowers arrive wilted, rotting, or unsuitable for preservation, I will contact you to discuss options.
Please also consider the size of your keepsake — flowers larger than the piece cannot be included.

Handmade Nature of the Piece
Each keepsake is individually handcrafted. Very small air bubbles may occasionally be present due to natural air pockets within flowers. This does not affect the durability or longevity of your piece.
