- 01Floral preservation in resin is the process of carefully drying your flowers and encasing them in high quality, glass -like resin. This creates a long lasting piece of artwork that allows you to treasure your flowers for many years to come. We recommend keeping your resin piece out of DIRECT sunlight and away from extreme heat to prevent long term discolouration and keep it looking its best, keeping your piece in natural daylight is fine.
- 02Our turnaround time can be up to 20-25 weeks from receiving the flowers, especially during wedding season. This includes drying, design planning, resin pouring, curing, sanding, polishing and finishing. Though we strive to complete orders sooner, each piece is handmade and cannot be rushed. You'll receive a notification when we begin work on your order, including a picture of your item before shipment along with a tracking number.
- 03You can reserve your preservation date by contacting us. No deposit is required to reserve your space - we just need your email address to confirm the booking and send full instructions.
- 04Send flowers promptly, ideally 2-3 days after the event for freshness. Carefully select flowers for preservation, wearing gloves if possible to avoid oil transfer. Wrap stems in damp tissue and cover with tin foil to prevent moisture loss. Avoid plastic packaging, as it causes flowers to deteriorate quickly. Pack securely in a spacious box with newspaper or tissue for support. Include a note with your name, contact details, and order number inside the box. Ensure the package is clearly labeled as fragile and contains fresh flowers for expedited delivery.
- 05The drying process takes approximately 3-4 weeks, and the full preservation process can extend up to 20-25 weeks. Expect some changes in colour and shape as dried flowers may not resemble fresh ones exactly. Every flower has its own uniqueness. Flowers are natural and will always change once dried, colours may soften, deepen or become more muted and petals become more delicate and flowers can change shape. These changes are normal. Succulents, lilies, berries, and tropical flowers may not preserve well as these contain more moisture and tend to brown quicker. We'll select the best blooms for your design, avoiding brittle or messy-looking flowers. If you have specific requests, please inform us in advance. We're not responsible for the condition of flowers upon delivery, so ensure they're fresh and healthy. Refunds are not issued for custom orders unless there's damage to the piece. Handcrafted items may have minor imperfections such as air bubbles in the resin around the flowers and petals, subtle texture variations or minor natural inclusions, these are sometimes unavoidable and are part of the handcrafted nature of resin work which don't affect the overall quality. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the natural characteristics of dried flowers and handmade resin work, and trust us to create a beautiful, meaningful keepsake from your flowers.
- 06If there are no details included in the box, we'll dry the flowers but await your contact before proceeding further. We do not return flowers as they become brittle when dried, and we only dry what's necessary for your order.
New Orders Are Subject to a 20-25 Week Lead Time
